    WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

    We source our inventory from carefully selected jewelry designers. We have built strong relationships with these designers to ensure that all products are made using sustainable materials.  All US orders ship from the US and all international orders ship from our centralized fulfillment location.


    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    It is our goal to keep our inventory fresh, affordable, and as up to date as possible so our fellow Wanderlusters can keep their look unique even while traveling the world. In order to accomplish this we source our inventory from several jewelry designers. All US orders ship from the US and all international orders ship from one of our centralized fulfillment location.

    Our processing time is 2-5 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping and up to 1-3 weeks for international orders depending on customs which is entirely out of our control.

    Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Don't sweat it, any shipping delays will be communicated!

    DO YOU OFFER FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
    We're still growing so right now we only offer standard shipping. We're brainstorming to find better options for you soon though!

    LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
    Ivy Wild is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

    ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
    Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.

Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses.     WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
    Ivy Wild currently ships to our Wanderers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Korea, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Belgium, and New Zealand!

    WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?
    Good News - our pieces travel small and light it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import.

    Bad News - Ivy Wild has no control over what your countries customs decides in regards to import/duty tax. Every country reserves the right to charge tax on ANY imports, which is entirely out of our control.

    In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

    ARE YOUR ITEMS HYPOALLERGENIC AND/OR NICKEL FREE?
    Some of our metal products are made with blended metal contents and may contain trace amounts of Nickel. We have a lot of AH-mazing 925 Sterling Silver pieces for those with sensitivities though!! Just type "Sterling Silver" in our search box at www.ivywildboutique.com!
